about the foundation

The Devack Henderson Foundation was created by a collective of professionals from the cannabis industry who saw a critical gap between the resources available and the accessibility for those who need them most. In Mississippi, where cannabis is only legally available through a qualified medical marijuana card, veterans and first responders often face barriers to care—despite being among the most deserving of support. This foundation exists to close that gap by connecting these individuals with certified medical professionals who can evaluate their needs and determine eligibility, ensuring that healing and relief are no longer out of reach.

The Devack Henderson Foundation aims to provide access to resources for veterans, first responders, patients, and families of low income with resources, educational materials, and access to other medical services that wouldn’t otherwise be provided through traditional government assistance.
